TRAVLUX are a small company of travel experts, powered by Not Just Travel. As part of the Hays Independent Group, all bookings are ABTA bonded and packages include ATOL protection where applicable. A Travel Expert is here to help with every element of your holiday, and so much more! They are someone that can answer your questions without you having to Google them; they can share advice and a wealth of knowledge from their own experience; they get to know you and what you like.

A travel expert works with you to create your perfect holiday. They’ll ask you questions about the trip you want, so they can share advice and find the best options for you. If you’re not sure what you want, they’re more than happy to provide some travel inspiration. The best bit? It doesn’t cost you any more!

TRAVLUX are here to take the stress out of luxury travel. Don’t spend hours scouring the internet for the right holiday; let our travel experts do that for you. No long waits to a call-centre; you can reach your travel expert directly via email or WhatsApp if there’s something you need. We work with all the regular Tour Operators, but also have access to travel elements and deals that you don’t.

Fun fact; TRAVLUX have access to dates into the future that you (as the general public) do not. We’re currently booking holidays for 2025, 2026 & even dates into 2027 for select destinations and 2028 for select cruises. It’s never too early to plan; booking early means you get the best choice of dates, availability and often price too, which you can usually secure with a low deposit.

Firstly, your payments are financially protected, and we’ll never ask you for cash! We accept 2 forms of payment; debit/credit card and bank transfer. We accept most major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and you’ll never pay any card fees – we do that for you. We also offer a Direct Debit payment plan so you can spread the cost of your holiday with no additional fees or charges.

Yes, most definitely. The vast majority of our holidays are bookable for a low deposit;  common deposit values are around £99 per person. The standard balance due date is 14 weeks prior to your departure. Your travel expert will confirm this date with you. We kindly request that your holiday balance is paid by bank transfer

A travel expert doesn’t cost you anything – our services are factored into the price you’re paying for your holiday. That means you can ask your travel expert as many questions as you want – from the best destinations to restaurant recommendations – get assistance checking in for your flights, with a special arrangement for your loved one or anything else you can think of, and it won’t cost you a penny more than your holiday.

Once you book with a travel expert, you’ll never go back. You’ll work with your travel expert to create your perfect holiday; that isn’t something you can do on a website. Get answers to your questions, let us do all the hard work so you can simply enjoy your holiday.

We are a small, boutique company. That means we don’t have big call-centres with impossible wait-times and impersonal staff, and it means your emails don’t get lost in our inboxes either. What you do get is attentive, personal service from our travel experts. With a number of contact methods, you can always reach us. We take all the stress out of planning a holiday, so that you don’t have to spend hours trying to find the right hotel or the best flights or even worse, sitting on hold to Customer Service for hours & hours when you need something – TRAVLUX do all that for you.

Pretty much any way you can think of! Whether you prefer to pick up the phone and speak with us, send an email, message on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we’re ready for you. We recommend liking & following us on social media to stay up to date with the latest information.

We work with all major Tour Operators in the UK, including Jet2, easyJet, TUI, Kuoni, Sandals, If Only, Inspiring Travel Co and many, many more. We also closely with our specialist trade-only partners to help get you the best value for money holiday possible. Not sure if we can help you book a holiday with your preferred operator? We probably (99.9%) can.

Cruise is one of our specialist areas; we’re recognised by CLIA as ambassadors for the industry in fact. We work with all the major cruise lines you’ve come to know and love, and even those you may never have heard of; Royal Caribbean, P&O, Celebrity, Princess, SAGA, Cunard, Azamara, Carnival, Silversea, Norwegian, Oceania, MSC, Regent, Virgin Voyages, Explora Journeys and countless more. We also work with an array of River Cruise operators; Emerald, Scenic, Titan, AMA and more.

So that we can communicate with you as quickly & efficiently as possible, we send most of our booking confirmations, documents and tickets via email. From time to time we may need to send physical documents or information packs via the post. If you would like a physical copy of any travel tickets or vouchers, please ask your travel expert.

We’re professional travellers and take great pride in what we do and how we do it. Thorough research goes into everything we recommend, which is why you’ll often see our travel experts on the road experiencing new resorts, cruise lines & much more, so that we can share first-hand knowledge with you. As a member of the Hays Independent Group, your bookings are both financially protected, bonded by ABTA and packages include ATOL protection, where applicable. We have a number of payment options in place to best suit you and help make your holiday affordable. After an initial deposit has been paid to secure your booking, we can establish a Direct Debit payment plan, which incurs no additional fees or charges. This allows you to spread the cost of your holiday further, with the balance being paid just 6 weeks prior to travel.

For us to answer that, your travel expert needs to get to know you! They’ll find out what you like & dislike; what type of holidays you’ve done before and further questions which will allow your travel expert to best advise you on the options available and suitable. Travel is a very personal topic; that is why we make your experience personal and tailored to you & your needs.

TRAVLUX are a small, boutique company based in the UK. We don’t want to cater to just 1 region, so (at this time) we don’t offer a physical location you can visit. Our travel experts are located across the country and are ready to help plan your next adventure, no matter where you are based.

We know that organising a trip for a large number of people can be a challenge, especially when most websites put a cap on the number of passengers or rooms you can have. It’s so much easier to arrange a group holiday or trip with TRAVLUX. Simply share the important details with us including the number of travellers and we’ll take care of the rest. We also get access to special group rates that you ordinarily wouldn’t if you were to try and book direct.

Yes, we partner with Rush Insurance (Allianz) to provide thorough, competitively priced travel insurance. With a number of policies available – including single-trip or annual – your travel expert can include this in your package. Are you a daredevil or doing something a little ‘more’ than a beach holiday? Our ancillary packs can help cover you for a wide variety of activities, including winter sports, cruise and more.

We strive to make every booking special, but if you have something extra-special you’d like some help with, we invite you to speak with your travel experts to discuss the top-secret details!
